The LCN Cleanroom Facility consists of three laboratories located in the Bloomsbury site: a 250 m2 ISO Class 6 space with ISO Class 5 zones for optical and electron beam lithography; a 40 m2 ISO Class 7 space hosting electron and focused ion beams systems; and a 27 m2 “back-end” lab.
Established in 2005, the facility supports cutting-edge research by providing 86 bookable tools for fabrication and characterization at the nanoscale, including state-of-the-art electron beam and optical lithography, thin-film deposition, wet benches, plasma and thermal processing.
The cleanroom operates as an open access facility, run by an experienced team of technicians who support equipment maintenance, processing, process development and users training.

The LCN Cleanroom Facility is located in central London. You can come by using public transport such as underground, bus, and taxi when you are in London. If you are further away out of London, but within the UK, you may come to London by flight, train, coach, and car.
